Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field or experience.
• Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience in construction.
• Experience with estimating systems; proficiency with Accubid, Revit, CAD, BIM tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall project delivery for electrical construction projects, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and safety.
• Coordinate project teams, field leadership, and clients to achieve outcomes.
• Support preconstruction, estimating input, value engineering, and contract negotiations.
• Manage project planning, staffing, procurement, scheduling, and change management.
• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Maintain client and contractor relationships and ensure safety program execution.
