Job summary

ArchKey is seeking a Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and financial performance of electrical construction projects across multiple locations. You will coordinate project teams, field leadership, and clients to deliver successful outcomes, leading smaller projects or assisting on larger ones.

Ideal candidates bring PM experience in electrical construction, strong leadership and communication skills, and familiarity with NEC and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of project management experience in construction.
• Minimum 2 years of PM work in electrical construction or related disciplines.
• Experience with estimating systems; proficiency in Accubid and BIM tools is a plus.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, scheduling, and safety knowledge.
• Familiarity with NEC and electrical construction practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead large commercial and industrial electrical projects, controlling scope, schedule, budget, and safety.
• Coordinate project teams, owners, contractors, engineers, and field staff.
• Support preconstruction, estimates, and value engineering efforts.
• Plan staffing, procurement, and schedule development for projects.
• Oversee change orders, cost control, and financial performance.
• Manage client and partner relationships as primary contacts.
• Ensure project documentation and compliance with codes and standards.
