ArchKey Solutions LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to provide overall administrative and technical direction for large electrical projects across multiple sectors. The role carries bottom‑line responsibility for profit and loss and requires coordination with engineering teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent experience.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of NEC and electrical standards.
• Willingness to relocate temporarily to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total construction and design effort to ensure compliance with design, NEC, budget, and schedule.
• Act as liaison between internal and external project stakeholders.
• Authorize and approve project staffing decisions.
• Provide direction to planning, scheduling, and engineering functions.
• Participate in estimating and bid proposal development.
• Review and approve purchase requisitions, invoices, and change orders.
• Support safety program implementation and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Maintain official project documentation and logs.
• Lead customer maintenance and sales/marketing efforts.
• Maintain understanding of labor agreements and standards.
