Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC is seeking a Project Manager to support planning, execution, and financial performance of electrical construction projects across multiple locations. You will coordinate project teams, field leadership, and clients to deliver successful outcomes and grow into senior roles on larger projects.

You will guide preconstruction activities, lead project planning and execution, and manage safety and quality standards while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in electrical, mechanical, or civil engineering, PM, construction management or related field.
• 3–5 years of project management experience with construction focus (electrical distribution/substation, renewable energy or related).
• 2+ years PM experience in construction; adept with estimating systems; familiarity with Accubid preferred.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and ability to read financial documents, bids, plans and specs.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to meet scope, schedule, budget, and safety targets on large electrical projects.
• Coordinate office and field operations, and maintain strong owner/contractor relationships.
• Support preconstruction: estimating input, scope development, value engineering, and contract negotiations.
• Plan staffing, procurement, scheduling, and coordination with engineering and field teams.
• Monitor project financials: budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and change management.
• Administer contracts and manage risk; oversee procurement decisions and subcontract strategy.
