Job summary

ArchKey Solutions seeks a Project Manager to support planning, execution, and financial performance of electrical construction projects, coordinating project teams, field leadership, and clients for successful outcomes.

The role may independently lead smaller projects or work with Senior Project Managers on larger programs, offering path to Senior PM roles with expanded leadership responsibilities. Travel to multiple locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in electrical, mechanical, civil engineering, PM, construction management, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience with understanding of the project life cycle.
• Minimum 2 years PM experience in construction (electrical distribution/substation, renewable energy or related).
• Experience with computerized estimating systems; proficiency in Accubid, Revit, CAD, SKM, ADGI, Navisworks, BIM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall project direction for large electrical construction projects, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and safety performance.
• Coordinate project teams, engineers, and field leadership with owners, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Assist preconstruction and pursuit efforts including estimating input, scope development, and value engineering.
• Manage project planning, staffing, procurement, and schedule with engineering and field teams.
• Oversee project financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and change management.
• Ensure proper contract administration and risk management, including procurement decisions and subcontract strategy.
