Job summary

Lee Company, a leading construction services provider, is seeking a senior leader to oversee safety awareness, project assignment, and financial performance across multiple projects in the Tennessee, Alabama, and Kentucky region. The role includes recruiting, strategic leadership, and coordinating the Special Projects Group.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in construction/account management, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong proficiency with Office tools.

Qualifications

• 8+ years construction and/or account management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering or Finance preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn company-specific software.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety awareness and compliance across projects.
• Oversee top and bottom-line financial performance of projects.
• Assign projects and close out completed ventures.
• Recruit field employees and managers for project execution.
• Provide high-level strategic sales and leadership of staff.
• Resource the Special Projects Group to meet goals.

Lee Company provides core construction services of HVAC, plumbing and electrical for large and small commercial projects throughout Tennessee, Alabama, and Kentucky. Summary of Job: Responsible for safety awareness, top and bottom financial performance, assignment of projects, closing out of projects, recruiting field employees and managers, high-level strategic sales, strategic leadership of staff, and resourcing the Special Projects Group.

Education and Experience

High school diploma or GED required Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering or Finance preferred 8 or more years construction and/or account management experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products with the ability to be trained in the use of company-specific applications and software Field operations experience in the construction industry.
