Lee Company seeks a seasoned Mechanical Construction Supervisor to plan, direct, and coordinate daily field activities across major projects. You will ensure safety, meet schedules, and optimize labor productivity while directing onsite crews and subs contractors.

Planning, directing and coordinating the daily activities for all Mechanical trades on large construction projects. Has the ultimate responsibility for project safety, meeting the construction schedule, and labor productivity. Direct and coordinate onsite personnel and subcontractors in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include planning, coordinating, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing and resolving problems, questions and concerns.
High School diploma, GED, or equivalent (8) eight years or more related experience in the mechanical contracting industry with project experience exceeding $5M on a single project Knowledge of Virtual Construction practices as well as 3D Models, Spooling and Fabrication Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, as well as other applications as needed.
