Job summary

Bergelectric Corp. in Wisconsin is seeking a Foreman to oversee electrical installations, supervise crews, monitor safety, productivity, and quality in accordance with Bergelectric standards and project specs.

You will coordinate with general contractors and customers, manage materials, labor costs, scheduling, and ensure compliant documentation. This is a safety-sensitive role requiring strong leadership and hands-on field experience.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of field experience as a Journeyman Electrician.
• Current Journeyman Wireman license if required by jurisdiction.
• Ability to order and track materials, perform cost projections and develop as-builts.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, material lead times and installation durations.
• Solid understanding of NEC and electrical codes and installation methods.

Responsibilities

• Achieve productivity objectives by effectively managing and assigning tasks to crew members.
• Establish project goals and monitor success in reaching them.
• Manage purchase orders and ensure materials are received per bulk buy procedures.
• Adhere to contract changes and Bergelectric policies; follow notice-to-proceed as required.
• Utilize a prefabrication facility and company installation methods.
• Ensure safety equipment, materials and tools are onsite for the work.
• Provide timely notices of crew changes to superintendents.
• Communicate with owners, architects, general contractors and crew members.
• Ensure all work meets NEC and local safety regulations.
