Job summary

Bergelectric is seeking a General Foreman to manage field production for electrical construction projects in Phoenix. You will lead crews, plan labor, materials, and schedule, ensuring work meets Bergelectric standards and project specs.

The role requires 3–5 years in a similar leadership position, a Journeyman Wireman license where required, and strong ability to read electrical plans and NFPA codes. This safety‑sensitive position emphasizes teamwork and cost control.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years as Electrical Foreman or General Foreman on commercial/industrial projects.
• Journeyman Wireman license where required by state/city/c county.
• Strong ability to read electrical plans and NFPA codes.
• Proven track record supervising sub-Foremen and crews.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field production activities; assist Foreman with planning, material orders and staffing.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Superintendents to set goals at project start and monitor progress.
• Review labor efficiencies, hours, and project scheduling; project labor needs.
• Ensure adherence to codes, specs, installation methods and safety policies.
• Maintain installation documentation and as-builts per Bergelectric procedures.
