Job summary

Bergelectric is seeking an experienced electrical professional to oversee installations and ensure work complies with company standards and contracts. You will work with the foreman to manage portions of the project and crews, emphasizing productivity, safety, and quality control on site.

Responsibilities include ensuring proper materials, timely procurement, and maintaining accurate as-built records while upholding safety policies and procedures on a variety of weather-exposed worksites.

Qualifications

• Completion of an electrical construction apprentice program or valid state electrician license/certification or 4 years journeyman experience.
• Solid understanding of NEC codes and installation methods.
• Ability to read technical instructions and interpret electrical drawings.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, and prioritize tasks.
• Strong communication skills with foreman and crew.

Responsibilities

• Monitor installations ensuring work meets Bergelectric standards and contract.
• Coordinate with foreman to manage project portions and crews.
• Ensure safety, productivity, and quality control on site.
• Verify materials on site and ensure timely procurement.
• Maintain accurate as-builts and comply with safety policies.
