Job summary

Bergelectric is seeking a General Foreman to oversee field production, labor, materials and scheduling for electrical construction projects. You will ensure installations meet Bergelectric Standards and project specs, with a focus on safety and on-time performance.

Responsibilities include supervising crews, coordinating with PMs and Superintendents, tracking labor and materials, and maintaining accurate as-built documentation. NEC compliance and cost control are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years as Electrical Foreman/General Foreman or similar role in electrical construction.
• Journeyman Wireman license (as required by state/city/county).
• Advanced ability to read and interpret electrical plans and specifications; strong NFPA knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all field production activities; assist Foreman in planning, materials, and workforce.
• Work with Project Managers to set project goals at start and monitor progress.
