Job summary

Sundt is seeking a Project Superintendent to plan, coordinate, and supervise field and administrative operations on complex projects. You will lead teams, schedule resources, drive safety and quality, and ensure profitability and client satisfaction.

The role requires engineering background, several years of supervision experience, and the ability to manage multiple work streams using LEAN methods and weekly coordination meetings.

Qualifications

• Four-year engineering degree or equivalent required.
• Construction project and supervision experience in similar facilities.
• Thorough knowledge of construction processes, negotiations, cost control, scheduling, and safety.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and supervisory skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manages field operations and project profitability, safety, schedule, quality and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborates with Project Manager to develop PMP and plans for scope, procurement, environmental, time, financial, quality, safety and risk.
• Develops and implements Project Quality Management and Safety plans per Sundt standards.
• Leads project team and subcontractors to ensure relentless execution of the project.
• Ensures work is completed in accordance with contract terms and maintains profitability.
