Job summary

Sundt Construction seeks a Project Executive to lead high-value power/renewable projects on-site, ensuring safety, schedule, cost control, and quality. The role requires seasoned management of complex constructions with responsibilities that span from preconstruction to project closeout.

You will champion execution, coordinate CPM scheduling, manage client relationships, and drive project profitability while maintaining strong safety and quality standards across multi-project portfolios.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large, complex power/renewable projects.
• Strong CPM/scheduling knowledge and practice.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Champions transition from estimating to field with project reviews.
• Ensure timely close-out, punch lists, and warranty handling.
• Coordinate means/methods with project team and monitor resources.
• Build professional relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subs.
• Develop PMP including scope, procurement, environmental, time, financial, quality, safety and risk plans.
• Overall responsibility for safety, schedule, profitability, quality and client satisfaction.
• Manage billing, payments, and cash flow; coordinate with subs.
• Develop CPM schedule in coordination with project team; monitor delays and changes.
• Lead or participate in business development activities for selected projects.
• Provide feedback to estimators for future bids.
