Job summary

ABM Electrical Power Solutions, part of ABM Industries, is seeking a Project Coordinator to support daily operations, project execution, scheduling, documentation, invoicing, and administrative functions. 4+ years of experience in project coordination, operations support, scheduling, or related roles.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience supporting customer-facing operations and service-related activities.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and maintain weekly work schedules for field personnel and project resources.
Assist with dispatching field personnel and coordinating labor assignments based on project requirements.
Support project managers with scheduling, startup activities, and project administration.
Coordinate customer scheduling requests, site assessments, project mobilization activities, and tracking requirements.
Maintain project schedules, tracking tools, customer portals, and reporting systems.
