EPS in North America is seeking a Project Coordinator to support project planning, execution, and financial tracking. You will coordinate with project managers, field teams, clients, and vendors to drive timely project delivery and ensure contractual alignment.

The role emphasizes accurate documentation, invoicing support, and data management while maintaining strong safety and quality standards across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or an associate degree with 2+ years in electric power/communications industry.
• Experience includes contract development and management for small- to medium-scale projects.
• Knowledge and experience with project management processes and tools.
• Proficiency with the MS Office suite.
• Experience in project management controls preferred.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong writing and editing skills are desired.
• Available and willing for up to 10% travel as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, budgets, scope documents, and execution strategies.
• Create and maintain project job profiles with scope, pricing, timelines, and contract requirements.
• Track start/end dates, monitor progress, and maintain accurate data for active projects and backlog.
• Support project reporting with status updates and client communications between operations and customers.
• Review completed job files to ensure correct documentation, labor, and expenses.
