Job summary

ISC Constructors is seeking a positive, energetic Project Coordinator to support project controls, procurement, and administrative tasks across electrical and instrumentation projects. You will help establish file systems, track documentation, and assist with change orders and invoicing.

The role requires collaboration with the Project Controls Manager, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Qualifications

• Integrity in dealings with associates and clients.
• Strong verbal and written communication and technical translation.
• Ability to work with diverse workforce in the department and company.
• General knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• General knowledge of electrical and instrumentation materials, tools, and equipment.
• Strong personal character with dependability and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Confer with Project Controls Manager to establish and maintain documentation tracking and reporting procedures.
• Confer with Project Controls Manager to establish and maintain file systems and document controls distribution.
• Requisition material purchase orders according to bid documents and approved vendors.
• Support payroll data entry and processing as required.
