The role requires strong leadership, communication, and financial acumen, with extensive travel to support customer and project needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical testing, commissioning, field service, or related industries.
• Experience managing customer-facing projects and technical field operations.
• Strong understanding of electrical power systems and project management basics.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of electrical testing, commissioning, maintenance, and engineering services projects.
• Develop project execution plans, schedules, and resource needs.
• Monitor budgets, labor utilization, and schedules for performance.
• Ensure safety, schedule, and budget adherence per contract requirements.
• Coordinate staffing and equipment with operations leadership and field supervisors.
• Communicate status, changes, and deliverables to customers and stakeholders.
• Support business development through customer engagement and site visits.
