Electric Power Systems (EPS) seeks a Project Coordinator to support project planning, execution, and administrative activities across diverse facilities and clients in North America.

The role focuses on setup, documentation, billing, data management, and coordinating with managers, clients, vendors, and field teams to ensure timely project delivery and alignment with contract requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or associate with relevant experience in power/communications.
• Contract development and management for small- to mid-size projects.
• Knowledge of project management processes and tools.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, budgets, and scope documents.
• Track project dates, progress, and data for active projects and backlog.
• Support client reporting and communications between operations and customers.
• Coordinate scheduling and deployment of field personnel and subcontractors.
• Maintain project documentation, labor, expenses, and invoicing records.
