Left Coast Electric Inc. is seeking an Electrical Project Coordinator to support project success across residential, commercial, and industrial electrical builds.

You will work closely with project managers, estimators, and field leaders to keep high-profile jobs on schedule and perform hands-on administrative tasks in a fast‑growing contractor environment. Qualifications

• Experience in the construction industry.
• Knowledge of RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and purchase orders.
• Track material deliveries and vendor schedules to prevent field delays on active jobs.
• Assist leadership with labor hour monitoring, manpower tracking, and progress reporting.
• Maintain up-to-date jobsite safety records, compliance logs, and closeout files.
• Collaborate with general contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to streamline communication.
• Support accurate project billing processes and verify vendor invoices prior to closeout.
