Job summary

Ace Electric, Inc. is seeking a Production Coordinator to provide project administration for electrical construction projects, supporting site Superintendents with document control and phase-by-phase tracking.

Responsibilities include tracking labor productivity, schedules, material deliveries, inventory, timekeeping, meetings, and coordination with Project Manager; requires strong MS Office skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• BS in Building Construction or similar preferred.
• Electrical experience preferred, but not required.
• License: Valid state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Tracks and analyses labor productivity.
• Tracks General Contractor schedule.
• Tracks Fabrication schedule.
• Coordinates material deliveries to job site and staging those materials.
• Maintains and tracks onsite material inventory.
• Support for timekeeping.
• Attends job site meetings with Superintendent.
• Works with the Project Manager and the Superintendent during planning/construction estimate phase to clearly defined and trackable task orders.
• Provides administrative support and/or tracking of schedules, meeting notes, safety inspections and daily logs.
