Job summary

Dynalectric Arizona in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Project Coordinator to assist Project Managers and electricians on site. You will track job costs, process billing, produce submittals and closeout documentation for projects.

This role requires 3–5 years in billing or project management support, strong MS Excel skills, and familiarity with Accubid or Vista is a plus. Office-based with some overtime as deadlines arise.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• 3–5 years experience in billing or project management support.
• General knowledge of accounting and billing practices.
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with Accubid and Vista a plus.

Responsibilities

• Billings: time/material estimates, create invoices and process PM billings.
• Open/close job set-ups in Vista; coordinate with electricians on project completion.
• Manage accounts receivable collections when past due or outside terms.
• Maintain detailed project records and contracts; file invoices appropriately.
• Prepare cost reports and assist with document control and coordination.
• Process department timecards: verify details, code costs, obtain PM sign-offs.
