The PM will work under the on-site Senior Project Manager, coordinating with subcontractors and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.

The role emphasizes cost estimation, on-site coordination, and maintaining documentation, with occasional field visits and vendors coordination as required.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or building science required.
• At least 3 years of combined experience in estimating or project management in construction.
• Knowledge of electrical materials and installation methods.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing subcontractors including award selection, RFP creation, contract requests, change order processing, billing review, and field execution.
• Review project plans and specifications, bid documents to identify needs for a project.
• Review quotes to ensure adherence to requests and accuracy.
• Calculate project costs based on documents being reviewed.
• Prepare and defend pricing with clients as needed.
• Coordinate with Sr. PM to manage daily operations and project details.
