Job summary

Sturgeon Electric Company, Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator to support construction management activities for our western U.S. operations.

You will interface with senior project professionals and provide essential administrative support across project lifecycles, including timesheet reconciliation, PO entry, and submittal generation. The role emphasizes accurate documentation, strong communication, and detail orientation within a dynamic electrical construction environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 -3 years of administrative support experience in the construction industry.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Reconciliation of timesheets to work orders and work orders to work order logs.
• Print test results.
• Billing preparation.
• Investigation of purchase order summary reports.
• Enter POs in the system.
• Assist project professionals in various administrative areas.
• Job number generation and set-up of job information.
• Generation of submittals and final close out packages.
