Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in commercial electrical construction or general construction.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Interpret construction drawings and blueprints.
• Review plans and specifications; prepare contract feature checklist.
• Submit items for subcontractor approval before work starts.
• Assist with cost estimates and project scheduling as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting (daily/weekly).
• Prepare statements of work and submittals; manage changes.
• Promote safety and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Inspect equipment, materials, workmanship, and progress.
• Monitor field progress and ensure procedures meet specs.
• Maintain regular attendance; perform other duties as assigned.
