• Read blueprints and drawings.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Project and/or Primavera at an intermediate or higher level.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Interpret applicable construction drawings and plans.
• Assist with review of plans and specifications and prepare a checklist of contract features.
• List items the sub-contractor must submit for approval before start of work.
• Assist with cost estimates and project scheduling as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with reports and change management.
