Job summary

Rexel USA, Inc. in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Product Specialist to support Outside sales in growing revenue and promoting Rexel products. You will develop deep product knowledge, identify customer needs, and recommend the best solutions to drive customer satisfaction and sales success.

You will demonstrate products, conduct presentations, and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers while collaborating with branches and leadership teams to meet annual goals.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience in electrical distribution or related field.
• Understanding of products, features, and benefits; ability to present to customers and leadership.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase value.
• Support sales efforts with key targets, customers, and opportunities.
• Build relationships with customers and suppliers to meet needs and drive sales.
• Present proposals to leadership and technical audiences.
• Participate in product trainings and meetings to maintain knowledge.
