Job summary
Ball Corporation in Waddell, AZ is seeking a Supervisor, Plant Maintenance (Electrical) to lead a team of electrical/electronic technicians and ensure continuous operation of plant equipment. You will develop forecasts, plan work, provide training, maintain drawings, and enforce safety, SOPs, and environmental regulations while coordinating with facilities and management.
The role requires 2+ years of related experience and 5+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing; salary range
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of related experience.
- 5+ years supervisory experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment preferred.
- Broad training in a related field usually acquired through college level education or work-related experience.
- Must handle sensitive and proprietary information confidentially.
- Salary range provided: $85,900 - $119,890.
Responsibilities
- Schedule, assign, plan and supervise electrical/electronic technicians.
- Develop electrical material and labor forecasts.
- Plan and prepare work and equipment usage schedules.
- Provide information on modification of work policies, safety regulations, electrical codes and specifications.
