Job summary

Qualifications

  • Associate degree or two-year technical degree in Electrical Power Systems, Electronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, or related field preferred.
  • Experience installing software or operating systems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

  • Support deployment, configuration, and commissioning of EPMS for data centers and commercial/industrial customers.
  • Install, customize, and troubleshoot monitoring and control software for electrical power distribution systems.
  • Configure communications between devices and networks and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
  • Interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and system documentation to support projects.
  • Collaborate with Application Engineers, contractors, and end users during construction and commissioning.
  • Perform system startup, testing, and customer training with documentation of completed projects.
  • Assist customers in defining system requirements and optimizing system performance.
