Job summary

Schneider Electric invites you to join the Digital Engineering Application/Technician Development Program, starting July 2027. You will complete a six-month training in Franklin, Tennessee, then become an Associate System Commissioning Specialist serving customers across the United States.

Candidates must be open to relocating within the US and traveling as required. Relocation assistance is provided for both training and final assignment locations.

Qualifications

  • Customer-focused and able to build relationships with customers while delivering technical support.
  • Strong communication skills to explain technical information to customers and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of electrical power systems, equipment, and monitoring solutions.
  • Ability to configure and troubleshoot device communications across networks.
  • Problem-solving to diagnose issues and implement solutions in dynamic field environments.
  • Ability to create and maintain service reports and as-built documentation.
  • Commitment to safety and compliance while working onsite and with customers.

Responsibilities

  • Support deployment, configuration, and commissioning of EPMS for data centers and industrial customers.
  • Install, customize, and troubleshoot monitoring software used in electrical power systems.
  • Configure device and network communications and resolve connectivity issues.
  • Interpret electrical drawings and specs to support project execution.
  • Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and end users during construction and commissioning.
  • Perform system startup, testing, training, and documentation of projects.
  • Assist customers in defining system requirements and optimizing performance.

Associate degree or two-year technical degree in Electrical Power Systems, Electronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related technical field preferred.
