Core States Group is seeking an Electrical Project Engineer to join our Power Systems team. You will perform end-of-life analyses, short circuit coordination, arc flash studies, and related calculations to support electrical projects.

You will produce electrical design documents, coordinate with site, civil, mechanical, and architectural teams, and mentor junior engineers while ensuring code compliance and client requirements.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in electrical power systems design (commercial projects preferred).
• PE required.
• Revit proficiency required; AutoCAD and SKM PowerTools a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Produce electrical design plans, calculations, reports, and construction documents with limited direction.
• Resolve complex electrical design challenges related to power distribution, lighting, fire alarm systems, code compliance, constructability, and coordination with other disciplines.
• Conduct site feasibility research and site visit investigations.
• Generate reports and recommendations based on findings.
• Coordinate the work of a multi-disciplined team throughout the design development and contract document phases of a project.
• Develop and mentor electrical engineering staff through technical guidance, project feedback, and support of professional growth.
• Lead production staff through assigned tasks and review work for accuracy, completeness, coordination, and quality.
• Other related responsibilities as necessary to fulfill the objectives of this role.
