Job summary

Eaton Corporation is seeking a Production Technician in Missouri. The hourly rate is $20.50 per hour with eligibility for a variable incentive program. Core hours are 7AM - 3:30PM, and duties include assembling panelboards/switchboards, testing units, and ensuring quality as per specs.

The role requires at least one year in an assembly environment with hand/power tools, and a high school diploma or GED. Relocation is not offered, and visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in an assembly related role with the use of hand and/or power tools.
• No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates that currently reside within 50 miles of the work location will be considered.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration status for this position.

Responsibilities

• Assemble panelboards and/or switchboards to customer specification based on electrical drawings, manufacturing schematics, and work instructions with hand and power tools.
• Inspect and test finished products to maintain quality standards and ensure conformance with specifications and codes.
• Use tools such as wire strippers and pliers to perform electrical wiring of panelboards/switchboards.
• Maintain progress of jobs and communicate shortages or problems as they arise.
• Support Lean initiatives and maintain equipment, tools, and work area per 5S guidelines.
