Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering (or equivalent)
• 5+ years of engineering team management experience
• 10+ years developing electrical and mechanical products from concept to production and sustaining

Responsibilities

• Make high-judgment trade-offs between competing priorities and determine essential features vs triaged items
• Drive strategic direction for the team's technical roadmap and influence partner teams
• Build and lead a high-performing engineering team by hiring talent and managing performance and growth
• Identify and mitigate risks, unblock engineers and partner teams, and navigate escalations
• Collaborate with partner teams to implement and improve processes regionally and globally
• Provide clear technical strategy and communication across all organizational levels
