• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or equivalent.
• 6+ years developing, designing, deploying electrical products, ideally in a mission-critical environment, with at least 2 years of people management.

Responsibilities

• Make high‑judgment trade‑offs between priorities and essential features.
• Drive strategic direction for the team's technical roadmap and influence partner teams.
• Build and lead a high‑performing engineering team and manage performance and growth.
• Own the design, qualification, and NPI of power distribution equipment into at‑scale manufacturing.
• Identify and mitigate risks and unblock teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with partner teams and suppliers to implement regional processes and propagate best practices.
• Provide clear technical strategy and communications across organizational levels.
