Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or an equivalent engineering science.
• 5+ years of engineering team management experience.
• 10+ years developing electrical and mechanical products from concept, to production and sustaining.

Responsibilities

• Make high‑judgment trade‑offs between competing priorities and essential features.
• Drive strategic direction for the team's technical roadmap and influence partner teams.
• Build and lead a high‑performing engineering team and manage performance & growth plans.
• Identify and mitigate risks, unblock engineers and partner teams, and navigate escalations.
• Collaborate with partner teams to implement and improve processes regionally and globally.
• Provide clear technical strategy and communication across organizational levels.
