You will work on LV switchgear and power distribution cabinets, guiding detailed engineering, testing, and production. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in electro-mechanical product design, strong leadership, and excellent communication to mentor engineers and influence partners across AWS.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering team management experience.
• 10+ years developing electrical and mechanical products from concept to production and sustaining.

Responsibilities

• Make high-judgment trade-offs between priorities and essential features.
• Drive strategic direction for the team's technical roadmap and influence partner teams.
• Build and lead a high-performing engineering team by hiring talent and creating growth plans.
• Identify and mitigate risks, unblock engineers and partner teams, and navigate escalations.
• Collaborate with partner teams to implement and improve processes regionally and globally.
• Provide clear technical strategy and communication across all levels of the organization.
