• Make high‑level trade‑offs between priorities and essential features.
• Drive roadmap direction and influence partner teams across domains.
• Build and lead a high‑performing engineering team and manage performance and growth.
• Own design, qualification and NPI of power distribution equipment for at‑scale manufacturing.
