Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. in Houston, TX seeks a detailed Project Manager to lead and deliver complex control panel projects from pre-booking to final acceptance.

The role requires a BS in electrical engineering, 3+ years in manufacturing project management, and strong communication and analytical skills; PMP is preferred. Candidates must be able to pass background checks and lift 50 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• BA or BS in electrical engineering preferred.
• Three plus years of experience in project management in a manufacturing environment required.
• Three plus years of experience in an electrical role or industry required.
• PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects from pre-booking to customer final acceptance.
• Direct project activities during the lifecycle including planning, scheduling, design, procurement, manufacturing and testing.
• Monitor progress, deadlines, and budget; ensure customer satisfaction.
• Act as primary contact between customer and organization to maintain relationships and drive objectives.
• Prepare or oversee contractual invoicing and pursue timely payments.
