Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to plan and develop production projects. You will create and lead the team, monitor progress, set deadlines, resolve issues, manage budgets, ensure customer satisfaction, and evaluate performance.

The role requires an engineering background and PMP preference, with experience in manufacturing. You will coordinate with multiple departments to align commitments and ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• BA or BS in electrical engineering preferred.
• Two years or more of experience in project management in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• PMP preferred.
• Three plus years of experience in an electrical role or industry required.
• Three plus years of experience in project management in a manufacturing environment required.
• Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills required.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal required.
• Growth mindset with the ability to accept challenges required.
• Ability to pass physical, drug, driving, and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects from pre-booking to customer final acceptance.
• Prioritize and direct project activities during the project lifecycle including planning, scheduling, design, procurement, manufacturing, integration, testing, shipping, and handoff to customer.
• Maintain overall responsibility for all details of each assigned project.
• Ensure projects meet contractual objectives by managing cost and scope.
• Act as primary contact between customer and organization to maintain relationships and drive satisfaction.
• Provide consultation on proposal development as required.
• Participate in internal kick-off meetings from sales/estimating to the organization.
• Initiate and lead the customer kick-off meeting.
• Communicate specification requirements to the team.
