Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to lead production projects from conception to customer acceptance. You will organize teams, monitor progress, set deadlines, resolve issues, manage budgets, and ensure customer satisfaction while meeting business objectives.

The role requires strong communication, analytical skills, and a growth mindset, with heavy coordination across design, fabrication, testing, and delivery functions. Located in Texas, on-site work is expected.

Qualifications

• BA or BS in electrical engineering preferred.
• Two+ years of project management experience in manufacturing preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Three+ years of experience in an electrical role or industry required.
• Three+ years of project management in manufacturing required.
• Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication required.
• Growth mindset with the ability to accept challenges required.
• Ability to pass physical, drug, driving, and background checks required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs+ and sit/stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects from pre-booking to final acceptance.
• Direct project activities through planning, scheduling, procurement, manufacturing, testing, and handoff.
• Maintain responsibility for all details of each project.
• Ensure projects meet contractual objectives on cost and scope.
• Serve as primary customer liaison to maintain relationships and satisfaction.
