Anduril Industries in Atlanta, GA is seeking an Electrical Manufacturing Engineer to own PCB/CCA manufacturability, embedded hardware bring‑up, and production test strategies across NPI and rate production. Qualifications

• BS in Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years in electrical manufacturing, PCBA industrialization, or hardware engineering with board‑level manufacturing exposure.
• Experience with SMT manufacturing, reflow, wave soldering, and DFM principles for rigid/ rigid‑flex boards.
• Test process & DFT background with ICT, boundary scan, and FVT to guide test engineering teams.
• Scripting with Python or Bash for automated hardware interaction and test log parsing.
• Experience debugging/flashing/testing over CAN, Ethernet, I2C, SPI, UART, and JTAG.
• Knowledge of IPC‑A‑610 and IPC J‑STD‑001.
• U.S. Person status is required.

Responsabilités

• Design for Manufacturability and review layouts for SMT production.
• Define production test strategy across board and sub‑assembly levels (ICT, flying probe, boundary scan).
• Drive DFT guidelines and testability feedback for production fixtures and test suites.
• Lead embedded hardware bring‑up and firmware integration on the line.
• Collaborate with EMS suppliers and cross‑functional teams to ensure high yields and reliability.
• Support MIL‑STD‑810/461/704 compliance and environmental screening on production lines.
