Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an Electrical Manufacturing Engineer to own PCBA manufacturability, embedded hardware bring-up, and production test strategies across NPI and rate production. You will work with EMS partners and enforce IPC standards to ensure high-yield, reliable assemblies.

Require a B.S. in Electrical/Computer Engineering and 3+ years in electrical manufacturing or hardware engineering, with ECAD tool experience and hands-on SMT/DFM skills.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent engineering field.
• 3+ years in electrical manufacturing, PCBA industrialization, or hardware engineering with board-level exposure.
• Proficiency with ECAD tools: Altium, Cadence Allegro, or Mentor Graphics/PADS.
• Hands-on PCBA production experience including SMT, reflow, and DFM principles.

Responsibilities

• Own PCBA DFM/ DFA/ DFT across NPI and rate production.
• Define manufacturing test strategy: ICT, flying probe, boundary scan, FVT.
• Develop DFT guidelines: test point density, probe access, net observability.
• Lead embedded hardware bring-up on the line and coordinate with EMS suppliers.
• Enforce IPC-A-610 Class 3 workmanship standards on internal lines and with EMS.
• Support environmental screening and failure analysis to drive improvements.
