Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks an Electrical Manufacturing Engineer to drive PCBA manufacturing, test, and bring-up on advanced defense hardware. You will define DFM/DFT standards, establish rigorous test coverage, and lead collaborations with EMS suppliers to achieve high yield on critical programs.

The role requires hands-on PCB production experience, scripting ability, and familiarity with IPC standards, working closely with hardware design teams on NPI and rate production lines.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years in electrical manufacturing or PCBA hardware.
• Experience with SMT manufacturing and production testing.

Responsibilities

• DFM/DFA optimization for multilayer boards for automated SMT production.
• Define production test strategy including ICT, flying probe, and JTAG.
• Lead DFT guidelines ensuring test point density and probe access.
• Define test sequences and calibration workflows for the factory floor.
• Collaborate with EMS suppliers to ensure high-yield manufacturing.
