Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong troubleshooting in PLCs, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and diagrams.
• Experience with automated production equipment and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automated equipment.
• Troubleshoot PC/PLC-controlled equipment, sensors, drives, and control systems.
• Use diagrams and docs to identify root causes and restore operation.
• Respond to downtime with urgency to minimize production impact.
• Coordinate with OEM support for complex repairs.
• Own problems from diagnosis to repair and prevention.
