Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands in Marion, Ohio is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician on 2nd shift. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled equipment to minimize downtime and sustain plant efficiency.

You'll perform preventive maintenance, support TPM initiatives, and collaborate with production and engineering to improve reliability and safety in a busy manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years maintenance experience.
• Associate degree or equivalent.
• Trained in LOTO and electrical/mechanical safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on welders, conveyors, and automated systems.
• Identify issues early and coordinate with OEM or engineering for complex repairs.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and support TPM initiatives.
