The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in electrical maintenance, familiarity with electrical drawings, and the ability to work on a 24/7 on-call schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of electrical maintenance experience.
• Oil and gas field experience preferred.
• Bucket truck experience preferred.
• Knowledge of high voltage electricity, generator systems, switch gear, and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Installs, maintains, and repairs electrical systems and equipment including engines, motors, lighting, generators, and control systems.
• Reads and interprets electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
• Inspects, tests, calibrates, and adjusts controls or meters in the electrical system.
• Maintains electrical wiring systems per NEC and safety procedures.
• Troubleshoots electrical devices and performs repairs/modifications as needed.
