Job summary

Torrey Holistics in Houston seeks a Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee a manufacturing facility and active construction yard assets. You will perform diagnostics, preventative maintenance, and rapid repair of high‑voltage electrical, plumbing, and specialized equipment.

You will lead installations, coordinate with contractors, manage CMMS logs, and enforce strict safety protocols to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of facilities maintenance experience in manufacturing, heavy industrial, or construction environments.
• Proven leadership to direct contractor workflows and manage teams.
• Strong PC skills and database experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead team communication about plans, shift goals, and policies.
• Direct contractor workflows and ensure safety compliance and project alignment.
• Diagnose and repair a variety of manufacturing equipment and systems.
• Support facility HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, and safety systems.
• Track maintenance logs and spare parts using a CMMS per ISO 9000 requirements.
