Job summary

Ash Grove Cement, part of the CRH family, seeks an Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical maintenance and repair activities at our Midlothian, Texas plant. You will supervise electricians, coordinate work orders, and drive safety and reliability in plant electrical systems.

You will lead a team, manage contractors, and ensure equipment uptime through effective planning and problem solving. This role offers stability and growth within a large North American network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related electrical maintenance experience.
• Associate degree or equivalent in electrical subjects.
• Ability to lead and train electricians.

Responsibilities

• Promote and follow all plant safety guidelines.
• Generate, receive and review work orders for electrical maintenance.
• Schedule, assign and communicate maintenance work to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with staff on preventive maintenance and troubleshooting problems with major electrical equipment.
• Supervise and monitor work performance of electrical maintenance workers and contractors.
• Discuss upcoming projects and assist with equipment installations and major repairs.
