Ash Grove Cement, a CRH Company, seeks an Electrical Supervisor to schedule and supervise electrical maintenance at our plant. You will coordinate workers and contractors, monitor performance, and ensure safety standards are met while minimizing downtime.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of related experience, an associate degree in electrical subjects, and strong problem-solving skills with PLC, SCADA, and electrical drawing proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher not required; 2-year degree plus experience acceptable.
• Strong leadership and supervision capabilities in a manufacturing setting.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot electrical systems and coordinate maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and supervise plant electrical maintenance and repairs.
• Monitor progress and performance of electrical workers and contractors.
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed and equipment downtime is minimized.
• Assist in organizing installation and modification of equipment; provide PLC programs and drawings.
