Job summary
Ash Grove Cement Company, an industry leader in North American cement manufacturing, seeks an Industrial Electrician to perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot complex electrical/instrumentation systems, and support plant operations at one of our facilities. You will work with PLCs, motor control equipment, VFDs, and networking infrastructure to ensure safe, reliable production.

Qualifications
- Associates degree in a related technical field or equivalent experience is required.
- Analytical, communication, and problem solving skills are essential.
- Experience with electrical/instrumentation repair and maintenance preferred.
Responsibilities
- Promote and follow all plant safety guidelines.
- Perform preventative maintenance on analyzers, motors, firing equipment, and dosing systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair PLCs, MCC equipment, VFDs/VSDs, networking, and plant IP systems.
- Calibrate weigh scales and environmental monitoring equipment.
- Support design and installation of motor control and networking systems.
- Be ready to respond to plant needs to meet production goals.
