Job summary

nVent is seeking an experienced electrical operations professional to lead and support safe, efficient electrical work in a manufacturing setting. You will assign tasks, coordinate installations, and monitor productivity to meet production deadlines.

The role requires 5+ years of electrical experience, 3+ years in enclosure or industrial manufacturing, NEC knowledge, and a preference for an electrical license. OSHA awareness and leadership skills are essential, with safety at the forefront.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of electrical experience in manufacturing or production.
• 3+ years in electrical enclosure or similar industrial manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of NEC; NEC training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support electrical operations to ensure safe, efficient work to standards.
• Assign and coordinate electrical work, equipment installation, and timing to meet deadlines.
• Monitor productivity, labor hours, and schedules; report inefficiencies.
• Assist team members with electrical tasks and mentor as needed.
• Collaborate with production teams and management to resolve issues.
• Maintain records related to attendance, hours, and production reporting.
• Enforce safety standards and participate in safety meetings.
• Address employee concerns or elevate issues when needed.
